We are eager to introduce to you all of the features of this new platform. (We’ll get there in the second message).

Before that however, and so that you can really make the most of your CLUB subscription, it is essential that you update your account.

In essence, as we indicated a few weeks ago, on this new site your CLUB account is made up of two distinct areas, accessible independently from each other: an admin account dashboard and a user account dashboard reserved for the coaches you have specified.

This means that the connection details for the admin account cannot be identical to those of the user account. *

On the old version of the site, one of your login names was used for two accounts. By default, it has been assigned to your admin account. (If this address is not that of your club, or if it contains an error, please contact us by clicking here so that we can make the appropriate changes).

This means that you can no longer use this address to consult training courses. You can replace it with that of a coach of your choice by clicking on the “user list” in your account dashboard, or by clicking here.

All you need to do is to enter the personal email address of this coach and to click “invite”. They will then receive an email with a link inviting them to finalize the creation of their account and thus have access to the GymneoTV training materials.

 

Find out more about your admin account dashboard:

Your admin account dashboard lets you manage all financial aspects of your subscription. But it does not give you access to the training courses. It allows you to manage your club invoices, to adjust your subscription, or cancel it.

This account also lets you manage the additional advantages over an individual subscription that your club subscription carries. You can add additional user accounts for only €39 per user per year. You also benefit from a 20% discount on all our printed products such as our customizable gymnastics calendars.

*NB: We want to remind you at this point that access to a user account (to follow the GymneoTV training courses) is linked to a specific name. It cannot be a club address common to all of your coaches, so we highly recommend that you use the club email address for the admin account, and the coach’s address for the user account
