Your range of floor exercises is enriched with 88 learning exercises of flip salto connections. Thanks to them your gymnasts will be able to work and improve their back salto tucked, piked or stretched following the take-off in round-off back handspring.
As you know, being able to perform a back somersault in isolation is not an objective. The main challenge is to be able to bring it from a run-up followed by a round-off and a back handspring. The final goal is to transform this horizontal movement speed into a true upward speed.
All of these exercises pursue this goal in a progressive manner. Take the time to explore them one by one, and start experimenting with them with your gymnasts.
