How does a video coaching consultation work?
After confirming your order, you’ll get an email inviting you to set up an appointment with our trainer.
You choose the date and time for your session. You can also indicate what questions you’d like to cover. The information that you furnish will help our trainer to prepare your video conferencing session.
The day of the meeting, you’ll receive an email with a link to be able to connect.
