    Shoot-over to handstand - ‘Bail’ (Training n°2)

Part 2: Technique and teaching from a start at the handstand on the high bar

    description

In this second training dedicated to the shoot-over, you'll learn the technique and the exercises to be able to teach it from a start position in handstand.

Like many coaches, I'm sure you've asked yourself questions on this unique descent from handstand. It's true that there are a lot of uncertainties around this technique: should you take the shoulders forward? How should you initiate the descent into planche? How do you get the right execution speed? etc...

By finding out the answers to these questions, you'll be ready to offer your gymnasts effective training sessions with clear instructions.

Before diving into this training, we advise you to watch, or re-watch the first part of the training on the shoot-over to handstand starting from a swing.

    Enjoy the training!
