Part 2: Prerequisites and learning exercises

In this second part of the training course dedicated to the double back dismounts on the uneven bars, you will discover the prerequisites and all the learning exercises.
You will learn which are the four technical elements to master before tackling the pedagogical circuit. You will also see the criteria that allow you to validate this minimal starting level.
Then, thanks to two videos, you will learn step by step how to teach this skill to your gymnasts.
For this, we offer a complete range of exercises with straps to learn and improve the tensioning phases and the "tap" as well as the preparatory "giant" for the dismount, in a curve position.
In the following video, we present a set of exercises for the specific physical preparation to improve the dismounts.
Finally, we detail all the drills from the swings to the full execution in a competition setting.
