This new GymneoLive brings you the second segment of the first training session dealing with the counter movement (for stoop sole circle, bar change).
This second part of the session uses a training set-up that allows you to connect the positioning of the descent phase from handstand to the pike into toe-on.
We'll also see how to bring in the first attempts at closure into the 'counter movement'.
