Foam training beam

description

The first thing you need to do a technical or dance element on high beam is courage!

This courage is intrinsically linked to self-confidence. You need to acquire sufficient confidence in yourself to have the courage to face your fears.

Our work as coaches is therefore to guide our gymnasts in building this confidence.

And whether you're a beginner or an expert, the secret to getting there is to practice multiple times with great precision the elements that you will later perform on high beam.

Work with any kind of facilitating set-up is based on this principle. But it's important for these different work stations to be both close to the working context needed and for them to maintain the physical integrity of our gymnasts.

And the ideal tool for that on beam is the foam training beam. Far from being a tool exclusively for beginners, it has proven to be phenomenally effective all the way through a gymnast's career. Even for high performance gymnasts.

In this training video, you'll learn about the characteristics of this product and the reasons that make it an essential tool in the gym.

We hope you enjoy the training.
